Emphasizes group skills training to help clients learn and use new skills and strategies to develop a life that they experience as worth living. DBT skills include skills for mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Coping tools for anxiety and depressive symptoms also a focus!
"Wellness Blueprint" Ongoing, twice monthly, -Psychoeducation around health and nutrition/weight management
"Life Process" - Ongoing - Discussion group with various topics...i.e. assertiveness, etc
"Multi-Family Health" - 8 sessions - For health struggles within the family system, TBD
"Outdoor meditation and mindfulness" - 1 Friday per month, TBD
